Vitamin B

Vitamin B complex is an essential part of the diet because it plays a crucial role in maintaining mental and physical well-being. B Vitamins complex consists of eight B vitamins. Each vitamin is essential as it contributes to the overall human body functions. These vitamins have a significant impact on brain function and energy levels. It helps in ensuring cell health, red blood cell growth, healthy brain and nerve function, digestion, and maintaining good eyesight.

Vitamin B complex also helps with building muscle tone. These vitamins are particularly essential for pregnant women as it helps in the development of the fetal brain and prevent congenital disabilities.

Vitamin D

Vitamin D is must essential for the human body because it helps in improving the strength of teeth and bones. There are certain foods and vitamin supplements that can help to boost the intake of vitamin D. Apart from providing bone strength; it can also help with diseases like type 1 diabetes.

It supports immunity, nervous system, and brain function. It can regulate insulin and helps in managing diabetes. Vitamin D is effective in supporting lung function and aid in ensuring cardiovascular health. It also influences the expression of genes that play a role in the development of cancer. Vitamin D also offers protection against the influenza virus. Its deficiency linked to high blood pressure in children.

Vitamin K

Vitamin K helps in ensuring physical health as it is an essential factor in healing wounds and bone health. It is a fat-soluble vitamin that creates proteins and contributes to the health of the bones and ensures normal blood clotting. Vitamin K helps produce four out of thirteen proteins required for the clotting of the blood.

Deficiency of vitamin K can lead to severe physical and mental health issues like cystic fibrosis, Crohn’s disease, and gallbladder disease.

Vitamin C is excellent in preventing depression. If you are depressed, then the intake of vitamin C can help to ease the mental tension and offer mental strength you need. The common medications take away vitamin C, making you vulnerable to mental disorders.

The delicate balance of all the chemicals must be maintained, and vitamins are an integral part of the balance.
